Summary: The ServiceNow Architect - ITSM role requires a professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM and other modules, focusing on TSOM implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement TSOM and other ServiceNow modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with various systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers.
- Utilize ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and understand the ServiceNow data model.
- Design and implement CMDB and Discovery.
- Apply ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder communications and problem-solving efforts.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least 2 other modules (TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps).
