ServiceNow Architect

Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role is a contract position focused on collaborating with various teams to implement the ServiceNow platform effectively. The architect will be responsible for creating technical architecture and documentation, as well as developing and maintaining application integrations and custom code. The position requires a strong background in ServiceNow modules and excellent communication skills. The contract is for 4 months with a possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the ITMS Process Architect, Business Analyst, IT support team, and other technical teams to ensure controlled implementation of the ServiceNow platform.
• Create technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation.
• Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with third-party applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow Architect roles.
• Hands-on experience with modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and Scoped applications.
• Experience in BCM & TPRM modules.
• Client-facing roles and excellent communication skills.

Salary (Rate): £40.00/hr
