Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules.
• Oversee Ops Management and ensure adherence to ITIL concepts.
• Utilize an agile approach to software development.
• Integrate systems using web services and technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
• Administer and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including user interface and workflow modifications.
• Perform platform administration, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow.
• Handle enhancement requests for ServiceNow instances, including changes to system properties and foundation data.
• Work extensively with ServiceNow glide objects like GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax.
