Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role involves implementing and enhancing ServiceNow modules for a Telecoms client, requiring both onsite and remote work. The position is a 6-month contract classified as outside IR35, focusing on administration, development, and support of the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, administration, improvement, and support of the latest ServiceNow platform.
• Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development, and implementation of ServiceNow.
• Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Perform ServiceNow upgrade administration assistance to ensure timely implementation with minimal disruption.
• Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing, and production environments.
• Manage and execute high-level tasks assigned via 'stories'.
• Assist Junior Analysts through project life cycles.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with business professionals and clients daily.

Key Skills:

• Experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB, TSM).
• Understanding of the project delivery life cycle and processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and consultative approach.
• Real-world exposure to cloud technologies and S-a-a-S.
• Proven experience implementing ITSM tools and ITIL process areas.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices.
