Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and administer ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules.
• Manage Ops Management and perform platform administration tasks.
• Enhance and support the ServiceNow platform, including user interface and workflow modifications.
• Utilize web services and technologies for system integration.
• Conduct design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Work with ServiceNow glide objects for various enhancements and improvements.
• Apply ITIL concepts and agile methodologies in project execution.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules.
