ServiceNow Architect

Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role requires a professional with strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM and additional modules, along with proven expertise in integrations and scripting. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least 2 other modules.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer).
• Design and implement CMDB and Discovery.
• Apply knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
• Engage in problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least 2 other modules (TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps).
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer).
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery.
