Key Responsibilities:
- Provide deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, configuration, and development best practices.
- Develop across the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and other scripting techniques.
- Design and implement Flow Designer-based automation and convert legacy workflows.
- Implement Service Catalog processes, including catalog items, approval workflows, and client scripts.
- Design and implement integrations using ServiceNow's native capabilities, including REST and SOAP integrations.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow user interfaces and scoped applications.
- Utilize ServiceNow implementation documentation and platform guidance.
- Possess ServiceNow certifications and experience in delivering enterprise-scale implementations.

- Deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, configuration, and development best practices for enterprise implementations.
- Strong hands-on development capability across the ServiceNow platform, including:
- JavaScript and Glide API
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
- UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs
- Server-side and client-side scripting patterns
- Debugging and troubleshooting using Script Tracer, breakpoints, log points, and system logs
- Extensive experience designing and implementing Flow Designer–based automation, including:
- Creating flows, subflows, and reusable actions
- Implementing approval flows and workflow orchestration

- Converting legacy Workflow Editor workflows to Flow Designer
- Strong implementation experience with Service Catalog, including:
