Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role is a contract position based in London, UK, requiring deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, configuration, and development best practices for enterprise implementations.
- Strong hands-on development capability across the ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript and Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and server-side and client-side scripting patterns.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing Flow Designer–based automation, including creating flows, subflows, reusable actions, approval flows, and workflow orchestration.
- Strong implementation experience with Service Catalog, including catalog items, request fulfillment processes, variables, variable sets, catalog client scripts, UI policies, and catalog approval workflows.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using ServiceNow native capabilities, including Integration Hub, Data Stream Actions, REST and SOAP integrations, and OAuth authentication.
- Experience configuring and extending ServiceNow user interfaces, including Service Portal configuration and customization, widget configuration, and portal layout development.
- Experience designing and extending scoped applications, including development of custom scoped applications and extending out-of-the-box scoped applications.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow implementation documentation and platform guidance.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred, including CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, and CIS-CSM.
