Summary: The ServiceNow Architect - TSM role involves defining the technical roadmap and architecture for Telecommunication Service Management modules, implementing complex integrations, and leading the implementation of telecom network inventory and service order management. Key Responsibilities:
- Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and design for TSM modules.
- Architect complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management.
- Guide developers, perform code reviews, and establish best practices for coding, customization, and platform upgrades.
- Partner with stakeholders to align platform improvements with business goals.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
- Deep understanding of Telecom domains (NOC operations, network lifecycle, service assurance).
