Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role involves defining and owning the end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow solutions, particularly in S2P and SOM modules. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow solutions across S2P and SOM modules.

  • Guide development teams in building robust workflows, integrations, and custom applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices in architecture, security, performance, and maintainability.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.

  • Strong command of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Actions.
  • Expertise in Integration Hub, MID Servers, and external system integrations.

  • Lead technical design sessions, establish architectural standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
  • Guide development teams in building robust workflows, integrations, and custom applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Architect integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Salesforce) ensuring data consistency and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices in architecture, security, performance, and maintainability.
