Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role at iXceed Solutions involves defining the architecture of the ServiceNow platform, providing technical leadership, and supporting implementation through innovative solutions. The position requires extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and a strong understanding of various product suites. The role also emphasizes mentoring junior team members and maintaining client relationships. This is a contract position based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define ServiceNow architecture across core platform, modules, and integrations.
- Provide expert consultation and technical leadership to stakeholders.
- Lead innovation and thought leadership within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Support implementation by translating business needs into functional solutions.
- Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, eBonding, etc.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
- Enforce QA standards to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain compliance and implement robust security controls.
- Develop technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
- Build and manage client relationships.
- Mentor junior team members and support capability building.
- Stay updated on latest ServiceNow developments and innovations.
Key Skills:
- 15+ years in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Expertise in at least five ServiceNow product suites, including: CSDM/CMDB, ITOM, CSM, FSM, SOM, SLO, TNI, SPM.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform security, performance, and compliance.
- Extensive experience in REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and eBonding.
- Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and complex solution design.
- Experience with Domain Separation and ITSM applications.
- Willingness to work onsite in the UK.
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal and Mobile Applications (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, Certified Technical Architect, and System Administrator certifications (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
