Summary: The role of ServiceNow Architect involves working with a Telecoms client on a 6-month contract, focusing on the implementation and administration of ServiceNow modules. The position allows for a combination of onsite and remote work, and it is classified as outside IR35. The architect will be responsible for enhancing and supporting the ServiceNow platform while ensuring effective project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, administration, improvement, and support of the latest ServiceNow platform.
• Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development, and implementation of ServiceNow.
• Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Perform ServiceNow upgrade administration assistance to ensure timely implementation with minimal disruption.
• Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing, and production environments.
• Analyze issues, estimate efforts, and propose solutions or prototypes.
• Assist junior analysts through project lifecycles and manage work against demanding timelines.
• Communicate effectively with business professionals and clients daily.

Key Skills:

• Experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB, TSM).
• Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and consultative approach.
• Real-world exposure to cloud technologies and S-a-a-S.
• Proven experience implementing ITSM tools and ITIL process areas.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail.
