Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions for our organization. As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into innovative, scalable, and high-performing ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, extensive experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end solution design process for ServiceNow implementations, considering business requirements, technical constraints, and best practices.
  • Architecture Development: Design and architect scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions that meet current and future business needs while adhering to industry standards and security best practices.
  • Platform Customization: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods to ensure seamless data exchange and process flow.
  • Governance and Best Practices: Establish and maintain ServiceNow governance processes, development standards, and best practices for the organization.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance optimization and scalability improvements and guide development teams in implementing the necessary changes.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet security requirements and compliance standards, and provide expertise on security best practices.
