Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and design scalable, secure ServiceNow applications
- Enable and drive AI adoption and explore new platform capabilities to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support to development and operations teams
