Summary: The NowAssist Architect (HR & ITSM) is a senior contract role focused on leading the design and implementation of AI-driven capabilities within ServiceNow for HR and IT services. This position requires a hands-on consultant who can manage both architectural and delivery aspects, ensuring integration and value realization across HR and IT functions. The role is hybrid, with some onsite work in London, and is outside IR35. The contract length is between 6 to 12 months, starting in June.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end architecture for NowAssist across HRSD and ITSM, ensuring alignment with enterprise ServiceNow strategy
- Design AI-driven solutions leveraging: NowAssist for HR Service Delivery
- NowAssist for ITSM (incident, request, problem, knowledge)
- Define conversational AI patterns, virtual agent journeys, and generative AI use cases
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practice, security, data privacy, and compliance standards
Key Skills:
