Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role is focused on designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions specifically for Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) within a global IT consultancy. The position requires extensive experience in TSM, ITSM, and ITOM, with responsibilities including architecture design, integration, and strategic advisory to enhance customer service. The contract is hybrid, allowing for both remote and on-site work in London. The role is outside IR35 and offers a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow TSM module, ensuring alignment with ITOM, ITIL, CMDB, and CSDM standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical blueprints and oversee development teams for scalable telecom operations.
- Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and design for TSM modules including service lifecycle management and order management.
- Architect complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management.
- Partner with stakeholders to align platform improvements with business goals, enhancing customer service and reducing operational risks.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM frameworks, and JavaScript.
- Experience in designing and implementing telecom operations solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong integration skills with BSS/OSS systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and strategic advisory skills.

Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a Telecoms end client with a ServiceNow solutions project: ServiceNow Architect with strong Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) experience.
Designing end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow TSM module, including alignment with ITOM, ITIL, CMDB, CSDM standards.
Platform Expertise: extensive experience with ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
