My client is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to conduct several ServiceNow changes to request management, incident management, CMBD, integration's with 3^rd party systems. Role will decommission legacy Avaya and Salesforce system integration's/automation's and build net-new integration's as required by the programme.

• Solid experience as a ServiceNow Engineer/Architect
• Request management
• Integration hub
• CMDB
• Incident management and generally system integration's and e-bonding.
• ITSM modules and ITOM module
