Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role is focused on delivering solutions within the Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) module for a global IT consultancy. The position requires extensive experience in ServiceNow and TSM, with responsibilities including designing solutions, overseeing development teams, and integrating complex systems. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering a competitive daily rate. The contract is for six months, starting in May/June 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow TSM module, including alignment with ITOM, ITIL, CMDB, CSDM standards.
- Translating business requirements into technical blueprints and overseeing development teams to implement scalable, automated telecom operations.
- Defining the technical roadmap, architecture, and design for TSM modules.
- Architecting complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Leading implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management.
- Partnering with stakeholders to align platform improvements with business goals.
- Utilizing ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM frameworks, and JavaScript.
Key Skills:
- Strong Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) experience.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Experience in defining technical roadmaps and architecture.
- Knowledge of complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM frameworks, and JavaScript.

Hybrid Working - 2 days/week remote (WFH) + 3 days/week working from the office in London.
Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a Telecoms end client with a ServiceNow solutions project:
- ServiceNow Architect with strong Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) experience.
- Designing end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow TSM module, including alignment with ITOM, ITIL, CMDB, CSDM standards.
- Platform Expertise: extensive experience with ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
- Translating business requirements into technical blueprints + overseeing development teams to implement scalable, automated telecom operations, including network inventory, service assurance + OSS/BSS integrations.
- Architecture & Design: Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and design for TSM modules (service life cycle management, order management, network inventory).
- Implementation & Integration: Architect complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems, using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Domain Expertise: Lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management.
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with stakeholders to align platform improvements with business goals, enhancing customer service and reducing operational risks.
- Technologies: ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM frameworks, JavaScript.
