Summary: This role leads the end-to-end service transition for cyber services projects, managing activities from project initiation through to handover across multiple service partners. The work ensures seamless adoption, well-documented processes, and clear performance measures. We are seeking a dynamic Service Transition Lead who has been in similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the service transition lifecycle from project kick-off through to operational handover.
- Define and document processes, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting standards to ensure smooth service adoption.
- Coordinate with multiple partners and stakeholders to align transition plans.
- Embed service readiness, compliance, and governance ahead of go-live.
- Provide oversight to guarantee service continuity throughout transition phases.
Key Skills:
- Experience in service transition roles, particularly in cyber services.
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and reporting standards.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
