Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake mechanical and electrical fault finding and repair on rolling stock units.
- Ensure maintenance is performed in accordance with company safety regulations.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical fault finding and investigation on technical issues.
- Prepare trains for service.
- Work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Apply necessary protection before working on units.
Key Skills:
- Proven ability to carry out routine maintenance from written instructions.
- Knowledge of computer-based systems for recording and closing out work.
- Ability to prioritize work to maximize output with available resources.
- UK driving license is desirable.
- Experience in Rolling Stock, Aviation, HGV, PCV, Marine, Automation, or similar industries.
- A Level 3 qualification or higher in an Engineering discipline.
