Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Architect role involves leading a strategic digital transformation initiative for a major government department, focusing on optimizing ServiceNow capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the alignment of IRM Entity Hierarchies with CSDM for integrated risk association.
  • Design integration patterns for transitioning user access to zScaler, including risk assessments and Design Authority documentation.
  • Support the expansion of the SPM module as the central portfolio management platform.
  • Define secure patterns for exposing ServiceNow OOB REST APIs for faster data access.
  • Assist in delivering complex HR case management capabilities using HRSD with minimal customization.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and module optimization.
  • Active SC Clearance.
  • Strong understanding of IRM, CSDM, SPM, HRSD, and API security best practices.
  • Ability to produce high-quality design documentation and risk assessments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and scenario-based discussions.

Salary (Rate): £95.00/hr

ServiceNow Technical Architect (SC Cleared) - £700/Day via umbrella - Leeds Onsite - 12-month contract - SCC Flex Contract

We're hiring a ServiceNow Technical Architect to support a strategic digital transformation initiative focused on optimising ServiceNow capabilities across a major government department. This role is part of a wider portfolio aimed at driving efficiency and reducing costs in line with government objectives.

As a ServiceNow Technical Architect , you will:

  • Lead the alignment of IRM Entity Hierarchies with CSDM to ensure risk association is fully integrated and maintainable.
  • Design integration patterns for transitioning user access to zScaler, including risk assessments and Design Authority documentation.
  • Support the expansion of the SPM module to become the central portfolio management platform across Digital and non-Digital Transformation.
  • Define secure patterns for exposing ServiceNow OOB REST APIs, enabling faster delivery for squads accessing platform data.
  • Assist in delivering complex HR case management capabilities using HRSD, focusing on out-of-the-box functionality and minimal customisation.
