Summary: The Service Manager for Residential Services will lead and oversee up to four children's homes, with potential expansion to eight, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Residential service area, managing up to four children's homes.
- Ensure high-quality care and service delivery in line with statutory duties.
- Develop senior-level contacts with Ofsted and maintain positive relationships with commissioning teams.
- Provide professional responsibility for up to 8 FTE direct reports.
- Translate strategic priorities into operational plans and implement service area opportunities.
- Shape and influence an environment that enables excellent practice.
Key Skills:
