Summary: The Service Manager Internet et Proxy is responsible for ensuring the quality of service and coordination of expertise necessary for incident resolution within the Cyber Trust & Risk IT department at CA-GIP. This role involves managing the operational performance of proxy and internet services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a strong background in IT service management and incident management, with a focus on maintaining high service standards. The role is integral to supporting the digital transformation efforts of the Crédit Agricole group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of service and operational performance for proxy and internet services.
  • Validate the "Build to Run" of products delivered by the Internet and Proxy squads.
  • Monitor and report on service quality through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate teams to ensure effective incident management and resolution.
  • Implement and maintain ITIL processes within the team.
  • Provide solutions and manage communication during incidents.
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses and implement continuous improvement plans.
