Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure robust service and support models are in place to support project and operational teams.
- Support the development and implementation of enterprise service management models aligned to programme needs.
- Act as a key interface between delivery, operations, and security stakeholders.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs and SLAs to ensure service performance meets agreed targets.
- Support change, service performance, and management reporting.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and contribute to continual service improvement activities.
- Support audit and compliance activities in line with security and governance requirements.
- Provide service management input into assurance reviews and governance forums.
- Document service management activities to support operational continuity.
- Package and manage service artefacts and deliverables for governance and assurance purposes.
- Support handover activities and long-term service sustainability.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager within complex IT or secure service environments.
- Strong understanding of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and service performance reporting.
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, and governance activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in defence, aerospace, or highly regulated environments.
- DV clearance – current and transferable.
