Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service Management Enterprise Architect for a 3-month contract to support a major transformation program. The role involves providing architectural oversight on the ITSM Helix platform and defining the Enterprise Service Management strategy. The position requires strong stakeholder management and integration within the broader IT landscape. This is a hybrid role with two days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural oversight on the ITSM Helix platform remediation project, ensuring alignment with business needs.
