SR2 is looking for a Service Management Consultant for a government client in London to support an inflight transformation programme.

Our client is looking for someone who has executed business transformation in service management environments, particularly in the public sector. The project is in its initial stages, and they're looking to create a service wrapper around the programme and optimise service reviews, support models, vendor relationships, and incident management.

Experience required:

• Active SC clearance
• Extensive service management experience
• Exposure to vendors like ServiceNow or Dynatrace
• Business transformation experience
• Experience helping to setup service management programmes and optimising incident management and support models

This is a long term outside IR35 contract.
