Key Responsibilities:

• Champion education and inclusion, driving improvements in attainment and outcomes for all learners, particularly vulnerable groups.
• Lead and deliver innovative services for SEND and vulnerable learners, school improvement, family solutions, early help, children's centres, youth services, and youth offending.
• Provide expert advice and challenge to schools and early years settings to ensure excellence.
• Oversee the strategic development and implementation of Dudley's SEND Strategy and Inclusion priorities.
• Work in partnership across health, education, and social care to deliver integrated, community-focused services.

Key Skills:

• A proven track record in education leadership, SEND, inclusion, or children's services.
