Summary: The Service Desk Engineer role focuses on providing support for Windows 10 and LIMS within a well-known UK brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desk-side support within dedicated region/cluster for the LIMS project
- Deliver high standard of support and excellent customer service
- Resolve incidents and handle service requests professionally and timely
- Contribute to the support and implementation of the LIMS Project
- Provide 2nd line remote support to end users
- Proactively develop service quality and efficiency for LIMS project roll-out
- Support during LIMS project deployments
- Be accessible for on-site work in London/Surrey/Sussex areas
- Occasionally work remotely as required
Key Skills:
- Experience with Windows 10
- Previous experience in healthcare organizations or NHS businesses
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Server 2022
