Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desk-side support within dedicated region/cluster for the LIMS project
  • Deliver 2nd line remote support to end users
  • Contribute to the support and implementation of the LIMS Project
  • Resolve incidents and handle service requests professionally and timely
  • Develop the quality and efficiency of the service offered to end users
  • Support during LIMS project deployments
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout all user engagements
  • Maintain knowledge of Windows 10 and Server 2022
  • Work within healthcare organizations or NHS businesses
