Summary: The IT Service Desk Engineer role is a contract position based in Portsmouth, focusing on providing first-line IT support to team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line assistance with software and hardware.
- Support key systems including Google Workspace, Okta, Azure, GSuite, and Office 365.
- Assist with Apple MacBooks, Dell laptops, and Chromebooks.
- Support AV equipment and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Troubleshoot issues related to various SaaS platforms.
- Support hardware and asset lifecycle management.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace & Okta is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support users at all levels—including C-suite.
