About Service Desk Engineer – London – £35,000 + Excellent Benefits Hybrid Role | 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote

Are you an experienced IT professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re recruiting for a Service Desk Engineer to join a global organisation specialising in liability insurance. Based in Central London near Bank tube station, this hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established company with over 100 years of expertise, a global client base, and a strong financial foundation.

Salary: £35,000 + Excellent Benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users across the UK and US offices.
