DXP Talent are working with an established brand in the heart of Bicester, Oxfordshire to recruit for a Senior IT Support Engineer on a contract basis till the end of the year.
The role of the Service Desk Engineer is to work as part of a small team to provide technical support to over 1000 users whilst also providing outstanding customer service to users and colleagues.
Day to day you'll be resolving tickets and escalations with common tasks ranging from Laptop builds and configurations via Autopilot and Intune to resolving local Network issues.
Technical skills:
- Windows 11
- O365 (AD, Exchange, OneDrive, Sharepoint)
- Building/Configuring Laptops and Phones via Intune, Autopilot
- LAN/WAN, VPN, Wifi
- An interest in AI tools and automation
The role is based on-site 5 days a week.
