Summary: The Service Desk Engineer/Helpdesk role is focused on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network across various devices. Service Desk Engineer/Helpdesk

Fulltime onsite Warwickshire

Technical operations/Helpdesk/Engineer role specifically to troubleshoot and resolve tickets

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange)

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications

Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors where necessary

Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions

Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and rollouts

Experience with Intune management and Active Directory essential.

Requires awareness and sensitive, professional engagement/behaviour at all times.
