Service Desk Engineer/Helpdesk

I am recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to be based full time on site in Tamworth.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will be required to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You must have experience of working on a busy service desk troubleshooting and resolving tickets.

Cisco & Aruba experience is essential.

You must also have experience with Intune management and Active Directory.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

You will manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange), install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications and maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions.
