Summary: The Service Desk Analyst role involves providing 1st and 2nd line desktop support primarily for a banking client, focusing on technologies such as Windows 11, O365, and Citrix. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users in a financial services environment.
- Install and support Windows 11 and O365.
- Deliver Citrix technical support.
- Support hardware including laptops and hand-held devices.
- Update asset management inventory.
- Work within an ITIL framework.
- Manage Active Directory tasks.
- Provide VIP support and assist with meeting room technology.
- Utilize Intune for device management.
Key Skills:
- Experience in desktop support and service desk roles.
- Proficiency in Windows 11 and O365.
- Knowledge of Citrix and Intune.
- Strong customer service skills, especially with VIPs.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Ability to manage Active Directory.
- Experience with hardware support.
- Competence in updating asset management systems.
