Summary: The role of 1st Line Support involves providing technical assistance within a Microsoft environment, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving incidents efficiently. The position requires onsite work in Dartford, with an initial contract of three months and the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line support for technical issues in a Microsoft environment.
- Resolve incidents and complete Service Requests aiming for first-time resolution.
- Work within a Technical Service Desk ITIL environment.
- Assist users with Microsoft Applications and related technologies.
- Transition from 5 days onsite to 3 days onsite after settling in.
Key Skills:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Applications (Office365, Teams, OneDrive, MFA, SharePoint).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (Active Directory), Exchange, InTune.
- VPN experience (ideally Fortinet).
- Familiarity with ITSM Service Desk Systems (ServiceNow preferred).
Salary (Rate): £180 daily

We are looking for a 1st Line Support Contractor who is comfortable working onsite in a Microsoft environment. You will work within a Technical Service Desk ITIL environment and will have technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and complete Service Requests, aiming for resolution at the 1st time of asking.
Skills and experience required:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Applications (Office365, Teams, OneDrive, MFA, SharePoint)
- Microsoft Azure (Active Directory), Exchange, InTune
- VPN experience - (ideally Fortinet)
- ITSM Service Desk Systems (ServiceNow preferred)
