Summary: The role of Service Desk Analyst involves providing first-line support for inbound queries at a Housing Association. This position is a 3-month contract requiring expertise in customer service and Microsoft products, with a focus on delivering excellent support. The role is based in Manchester and requires on-site presence five days a week. Immediate availability is preferred for candidates interested in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for inbound queries.
  • Utilize Microsoft products to assist users effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
  • Document and track support requests using Cherwell.

Key Skills:

  • Service Desk Experience – 1st line support.
  • Familiarity using Microsoft products.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Problem Solving / Troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft InTune, Windows Autopilot & Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience using Cherwell.

Salary (Rate): 212.50
