Summary: The role of Service Desk Analyst involves providing first-line support for inbound queries at a Housing Association. - Collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
- Document and track support requests using Cherwell.

- Service Desk Experience – 1st line support.
- Familiarity using Microsoft products.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Problem Solving / Troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft InTune, Windows Autopilot & Microsoft SharePoint.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience using Cherwell.
