Summary: The Service Desk Analyst role requires a candidate with proven 2nd line support experience in a medium to large organizational environment. The position is with a well-established organization that has a mature service desk function, and it demands excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be expected to start within two weeks and work on-site in Leeds for an initial duration of five months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line desktop support.
  • Support Exchange, Active Directory, Outlook, and Windows Server.
  • Assist with Windows 11 rollout.
  • Communicate effectively with users and team members.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a 2nd line desktop support role.
  • Experience supporting Exchange, Active Directory, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 11 rollout.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary (Rate): £180.00
