Summary: The Service Desk Analyst role requires a candidate with proven 2nd line support experience in a medium to large organizational environment. The position is with a well-established organization that has a mature service desk function, and it demands excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be expected to start within two weeks and work on-site in Leeds for an initial duration of five months.
