  • Escalating tickets to relevant team if unable to resolve
  • Password resets for various systems including Active Directory
  • Updating drivers on laptops, investigating faults within applications
  • Supporting Audio Visual equipment based on Microsoft Teams
  • Supporting desk setups, desk side support visits to end users

Key Skills:

  • Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Remedy
  • Knowledge of Active Directory for password resets
  • Technical troubleshooting skills for applications and hardware
  • Familiarity with audio-visual equipment and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong communication skills for user support

Salary (Rate): £200 per day

Service Desk Analyst

We urgently require a Service Desk Analyst for our prestigious client on an initial 6 months contract

This role is INSIDE IR35 and requires being on client site in Hampshire 5 days per week.
