Summary: The role of Service Desk Analyst involves providing first-line technical support in an office-based environment for an initial 3-month contract. Responsibilities include handling emergency calls, logging issues in the ITSM system, and performing administrative tasks related to user accounts and technical support. The position requires strong customer service skills and experience in a service desk setting. Candidates must possess a minimum of HNC/HND in a computer-related subject.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering 1st line technical emergency telephone calls
- Logging on ServiceNow ITSM system appropriately
- Administration duties including Active Directory, Azure, 365, MFA resets, clinical password resets and unlocks
- Technical support for issues with Hardware and Software packages
- Remote support via SCCM tool
- Covering procurement duties when necessary
Key Skills:
- At least two years' experience in a busy service desk environment
- Good customer service skills and work ethics
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Minimum of HNC/HND in a computer-related subject
