Service Desk / First Line Support Engineer | 3 Months | £170 - £180 Per Day | Exeter

My client is seeking a Contract Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3-month engagement with view of extension. The role requires full-time on-site presence in Exeter. This position is offered on a PAYE basis and falls inside IR35.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ Years of First Line Support / Service Desk Experience
  • Experience building PC’s and Mobile Devices is Preferred
  • Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix VPN
  • Ability to follow processes and log support tickets accurately
  • Locality to Exeter and willingness to commit to full time onsite work
  • Strong Communication Skills
