- Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation).
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
