Summary: The Service Desk Analyst role involves providing first-line technology support to a global user base, focusing on Microsoft applications and proprietary systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for technology issues via phone, primarily focusing on Microsoft applications and proprietary systems.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on various technologies, including Windows 10/11 and iOS devices (iPad/iPhone).
  • Utilise ticketing systems to log, track, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing user inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participate in in-house training to enhance skills and knowledge of the tools and systems used.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques.
