Summary: An IT Solutions provider is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to assist with a two-week record migration for a local NHS Hospital. The role involves providing first-line support and managing user requests during the migration period. Multiple shift patterns are available for candidates. The position is based in Cheshire and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging tickets for issues or requests raised by end-users
- Distributing and guiding users through prepared support documentation
