  • Troubleshoot IT issues and assist users in an office environment.

Service Desk Analyst - Desktop Support - £400 per day ASAP Start. Based in central London, our client is a leading (and growing) data analytics and finance research firm. They’re looking to hire two Desktop Support and Service Desk professionals. You’ll be supporting their Windows (10 and 11) desktops, Office 365 and Active Directory and even Azure Cloud - A varied role! This is contract until the end of Jan '26, with the potential for extension, 3 / 4 days a week in the office and paying up to £400 per day - An Immediate start is needed. You’ll play a key role in ensuring internal systems work correctly and customers receive the best service possible. You’ll work across the business and directly with key stakeholders and VIPs day to day. Requirements: Excellent communication skills and experience supporting an IT environment Experience of Windows desktop support and Microsoft Office Good knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 (O365) and Azure Experience of VIP support Any experience of mobile devices and hardware would be ideal Proactive, motivated approach to work Experience troubleshooting IT issues and helping users in an office environment
