Summary: The Service Desk Analyst role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support within a large organization, requiring immediate availability for full-time onsite work in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support as a Service Desk Analyst.
- Assist users in resolving queries with excellent customer service.
- Utilize Windows 10 and Office 365 suite effectively.
- Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft OS and application stacks.
- Use ticketing systems such as ServiceNow for issue tracking.
- Communicate effectively with users and team members.

- Proven experience as a Service Desk Analyst/1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer.
- Excellent customer service skills.
