I am hiring for Service Designer – Service Mapping & Architecture

Location: Manchester - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per Week in Office

Demonstrated experience in service design, IT service management, or service architecture. Deep understanding of service mapping methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF). Skilled in diagramming and visualization tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.
