My client, a large financial services company, is searching for a Senior Service Designer with a strong background in research, journey mapping, and process transformation to help reshape the future of an audit function at an enterprise-scale organisation.

This is a high-impact, strategic role where you'll be instrumental in evolving a audit system (currently underutilised) into a fully integrated, end-to-end digital workflow tool that supports advanced reporting, global consistency, and AI-enabled insights.

What You'll Do

  • Lead deep-dive user research across global teams
  • Create robust service blueprints & journey maps to highlight pain points and opportunities.
  • Drive workflow redesign within the platform - focusing on simplification, standardisation, and digitisation.
