An opportunity to join a well established digital consultancy delivering impactful services across the UK public sector. You'll be working on a major healthcare initiative, supporting the discovery and design of accessible, user centred digital services within a multi disciplinary agile team.

Service Designer Responsibilities:

  • Lead service design activities through discovery, Alpha and beta stages
  • Apply the GDS framework to shape services that meet user needs and policy goals
  • Create and communicate service blueprints, user journeys and experience maps
  • Collaborate with researchers, content designers, developers and product teams
