Key Responsibilities:
- Problem/need scoping through user research and service-journey analysis
- Running collaborative workshops to ideate service ideas and future-state journeys
- Prototyping through service rehearsals, walkthroughs, and wire-framing
- Delivering outputs such as blueprints and performance frameworks
- Collaborating with product managers and UCD leads on research objectives and design concepts
- Managing responsibilities across complex services
- Setting direction and embedding good practice within teams
- Making decisions based on research and understanding its impact
- Aligning team activities with wider programme plans
- Experience in Public Sector and Government Digital Services
Key Skills:
